Step-by-Step Search Guide
Follow these steps to navigate the Elector Search portal as shown in the interface:
1. Select Search Type & Location
First, you must define the administrative area where you are registered:
- Search Type: Choose between Corporation, Nagarpalika, or District / Taluka Panchayat.
- District: Select your district from the dropdown menu (e.g., Kutch).
- Taluka: Select your specific Taluka from the list.
2. Choose Your Search Method
You can look up your information using one of two primary methods:
- Search by Name: This is the default option if you do not have your ID card handy.
- Search by EPIC No.: If you have your Voter ID card, entering your unique EPIC Number is the fastest and most accurate way to find your record.
3. Enter Search Details
If searching by name, you will need to provide the following information:
- Full Name: Enter your Surname, First Name, and Middle (Father’s) Name.
- Age and Gender: Enter your age and select your sex (Male, Female, or Other).
- Captcha: Type the alphanumeric code shown in the image (e.g., A9NLF) into the "Enter Captcha" box to verify you are a human user.
4. View Results
Click the Search button. Your details will appear in the Elector Search Result section at the bottom of the page. If the system displays "No Records Found," double-check your spelling or try searching by your EPIC number instead.
Note: For the most accurate results when searching by name, ensure you enter your name exactly as it appears on your official identification documents.
