•  History takes us on a journey through the different lives of the past.
•  History gives us information about the customs, beliefs, food and clothing of human beings from one age to another and from one age to another.
•  History is not only concerned with the things of the past, it is also associated with the system of the present.
•  History informs us of the changes that have taken place in human life.
